The Plan:

  • 15-20 minutes: Experiment and experience different mindfulness techniques that you can implement into your daily routine.

  • 5 minutes: Answer questions you have about your own practice and the benefits of mindfulness for performance.

Mindfulness is one of the single most powerful training tools an elite performer can hone. Whether it’s maximizing growth during practice or executing your skills under pressure, the only place you can act from is right here and right now.

  • Take some time each week to follow along as I lead a 15-20 minute meditation session.

  • Get your meditation questions answered (we’ll save 5 minutes at the end of each session).
