There’s a Coach You’ve Always Known You Could Be.
This Is How You Become That Coach.
You're not here because you've given up. You're here because you haven't.
You're driven, prepared, and deeply committed to your athletes and your program. You've done the work — studied the game, developed your craft, built real relationships. And you can still feel something sitting just on the edge of awareness. Something you can't quite name. A gap between the coach you are and the coach you know you're capable of being.
It's not your athletes. It's not your staff. It's not a generational problem or a tactical one.
It's something closer than that. And until it shifts, everything in your orbit — your athletes, your staff, your culture — feels the weight of it. Not because you're doing the wrong things. Because saying and doing the right things won't land until what's underneath finally has the freedom to come through you naturally.
The Pattern Running The Show
Every coach has one. A survival mechanism that developed long before you stepped into this role. A set of automatic responses that kick in under pressure, in high-stakes moments, in the interactions that matter most.
It shows up as over-coaching when you should step back. As tension you carry that travels straight to your athletes. As the nagging sense that the harder you work, the further the ceiling feels. As a leadership style that's effective, and still not quite yours.
You can't see it clearly from inside it. And you can't win the game from inside it either.
That's not a character flaw. It's not a gap in your preparation. It's the most human thing about you, and it's exactly where the real work begins.
Coaching From Being
A 12 Week Pilot Program for Coaches
See Your Pattern Clearly
Understand the survival mechanism that's been running the show — where it came from, how it shows up in your coaching, and why you can't outwork or outsmart your way past it.
Reconnect With Your Essence
Beneath the pattern is the coach you actually are — your natural gifts, your instinctive way of leading, the qualities that make your best moments feel effortless. We'll find those and build from them.
Practice a New Game
Two foundational meta-skills, meditation and systematic discomfort, give you the capacity to stay present, hold tension, and lead from your essence even when the pressure is highest.
The result isn't a better version of the coach you've been. It's the coach you've always known you could be.
There's a version of your coaching that flows. Where your presence creates space instead of filling it. Where your athletes rise to meet you rather than waiting to be told what to do. Where the work feels like an expression of who you are.
That version is closer than you think.
What The Program Looks Like
The twelve weeks move through three distinct phases. The first four weeks are focused on seeing. Understanding your pattern, your essence, and how they've been in relationship. The middle four weeks are focused on practicing. Building the two meta-skills and beginning to play from a different way of being. The final four weeks are focused on integrating. Bringing what's shifted into your coaching, your culture, and your relationships in real and lasting ways.
12 Weeks. Small Cohort. Real Work.
The pilot cohort will be limited to 8 coaches. Small enough that everyone is seen, large enough that the group dynamic becomes part of the work itself.
Weekly Live Sessions Each week we meet as a group for 60-90 minutes. This is where the real coaching happens. We’ll process what's coming up and work with what the program is bringing forward, all as we build on the concepts from the week.
Short Concept Videos Between Sessions Each week you'll receive a brief informal video introducing the concept we'll be working with. This will be something to sit with before we meet.
Your Project From the start of the program you'll be working on a self-generated project. A real commitment in your coaching world with a clear declaration and a deadline. The project becomes the container where your pattern becomes visible and your new game gets practiced. This is where theory becomes transformation.
Individual Sessions One conversation at the start of the program to establish your personal arc. One at the end to integrate what's shifted and clarify what comes next.
Investment: $2500
Pilot cohort begins June 10, 2026
Applications Close May 30, 2026
Is This For You?
Coaching From Being is for the coach who has done everything right and still feels the gap. Who takes ownership of their program and their athletes. Who is ready to stop working harder inside a game that has a ceiling — and start playing a new one.
This is not for coaches who are looking for tactical adjustments, a new playbook, or someone to tell them what to do differently on the sideline.
It's for the coach who is ready to look honestly at what's been running the show — and willing to do something about it.
If that's you, the next step is a conversation.

A Note on the Pilot
This is the first cohort of Coaching From Being. The program investment reflects that, and so does my commitment to everyone in the room. The pilot cohort will receive direct access, genuine attention, and a level of personal investment that scales as the program grows.
If this is resonating, don't wait. The cohort is limited to 8 coaches and conversations are already happening.
